Martinez
Dominican Republic
Samuel & Dr. Silvia Martínez
Dr. Silvia Martinez and her husband, Samuel, serve in the DR. Silvia is a medical doctor and operates a clinic and community health program in a city called Los Angeles. They also run feeding programs and mobile clinics in the community of El Cacique and in the bateys which are very poor immigrant communities of Haitian sugar cane workers. Silvia does not just minister to the people’s physical needs; everyone who passes through Dr. Silvia’s clinic or benefits from one of her programs hears the good news of Jesus Christ. Her ministry is known in the DR as Sociedad Lucas.

Nikides
Turkey
Bill & Cheryl Nikides
Bill and Cheryl serve four Presbyterian denominations in church planting and leadership development across Bangladesh, Turkey, Europe, and the U.S. Bill teaches in seminaries, churches, and villages, mentoring pastors and supporting Muslim-background church plants. Spending half the year abroad, they are passionate about raising up leaders and planting multicultural churches.

Newsome
Japan
Wayne & Amy Newsome
Since 1990, Wayne and Amy Newsome have served as church planters in Nagoya, Japan. Wayne is the team leader, overseeing several sub-teams involved in church planting. He enjoys mentoring and also helps lead of one of the team’s churches. Amy works as a counselor in the MTW counseling network, and she is also serving as leader of member care in the Asia/Pacific region. The Newsomes have five children, all of whom now reside in the U.S. Wayne and Amy are currently on home mission assignment as Wayne transitions into retirement and Amy continues serving with the MTW counseling network.

Taiwan
Joel & Judy Linton
Joel and Judy Linton have served in Taiwan since 2002, planting New Hope Church in Taipei and later Riverside Reformed Presbyterian Church in a rural area. Joel is the founder and field director of Mission Sending Service and serves on the board of China Reformed Theological Seminary. Judy has authored several books on infant care and child-training, and home-schools their youngest two girls.

Wes & Jami Baker
Wes and Jami, originally from Texas, have served in Trujillo, Peru, since 2000. Wes leads a team of missionaries, pastors Iglesia Cristo Rey, and teaches at El Areópago Cristiano, training Christian leaders. Their team’s vision is to plant vibrant churches that serve the urban centers of Northern Peru, spreading the gospel and equipping believers for ministry.

Jeremy & Angel M.
Jeremy and Angel serve in Southall, London, a diverse community of South Asian immigrants. They partner with a local church, where Jeremy serves as a deacon, assisting in various aspects of church life. Their ministry focuses on discipleship, outreach, and supporting the immigrant community. They are committed to sharing the gospel and helping new believers grow in their faith.

Johnson
Sweden
Gary & Linda Johnson
Gary and Linda are veteran missionaries serving the FFM Project, a ministry of evangelism and discipleship of IXOGlobal, producing future leaders for the Church in Sweden. Their work in Rattvik involves church planting, marketplace partnerships, student xchange/internships (Rattvik and USA), and national prayer events. Gary and Linda have 12 children, all which have dual citizenship (Sweden/USA).

Rosemary & Tommy
Tommy and Rosemary are translating the Bible for an 850,000-speaker minority language in East Asia. Forced to leave in 2019, they now support their local team remotely, guiding translation, literacy, and technology. They’ve completed Jonah and Ruth, with Genesis and Luke in final checks and Acts nearing completion.

Lauren Adair Evans
Adair ministers to women in Munich’s strip clubs and brothels while supporting a Christian organization that provides safe houses and aid for trafficking survivors. She works to ensure long-term ministry sustainability by building church partnerships and equipping congregations to show God’s justice and mercy to the vulnerable.

Meinecke
Germany
Philipp & Carrington Meinecke
Philipp and Carrington serve with Crossworld in Germany, creating Bible study tools and training programs for church leaders and pastors. Philipp helped complete the New Inductive Study Bible, equipping people to study Scripture independently. He also developed a Bible study journal and teaches in Akademie, a Bible-focused gap year program. Carrington supports their ministry while raising their three children, Ashley, Coleman, and Collin.

South America & Africa
Rick Searle
Rick Searle joined World Reach in 2021, teaching at Bible Institutes and aiding in strategic planning and curriculum development. He mentors missionaries, supports church planting, and provides pastoral care. A former senior pastor with a background in preaching, teaching, and discipleship, Rick and his wife, Kathryn, serve locally in Anniston, AL, while engaging in global ministry.

Spain
Lenden & Gemma
Lenden and Gemma have been assigned by MTW to pioneer among Muslims in a large city in Spain. Immigration growth has created a diverse mix of ethnic, cultural, spiritual, linguistic and socio-economic groups. God has equipped Lenden and Gemma with spiritual gifts and experience to effectively labor in international urban harvest fields. Their focus continues to be on neighborhood evangelism, discipleship and church planting.

Joey & Margaret Carter
Joey and Margaret served with Campus Outreach at Troy University for 10 years before moving to Birmingham, England, in 2026. Their vision is to see college students come to faith in Jesus, be discipled, and be sent out into the world. They are passionate about the opportunity for gospel ministry in the UK, where they can share the joy of trusting in Christ with others.

Rwanda
John & Rachel Clifford
John and Rachel serve with MTW in Kigali, Rwanda. They meet the need for healthy churches and biblically informed leaders by helping new church plants to grow the body of Christ in depth and in number; working with a Bible college and churches to train church leaders and running a missionary internship program for Africans and Americans to help many discover the calling to missions, especially in Africa. The Cliffords hope to see Kigali become a hub for sending out missionaries and church leaders into all of Africa.
